MEANS OF PAYMENT

DELIVERY AND DEADLINES

All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If you have chosen the express shipping option and your order has been confirmed before 17:00 hours (August to 14:00 hours) will leave the same day. Any order received after that time will leave the next day.
If we have a stockout we will inform you of this and the expected delay time. In this case you decide if you want to wait for this period or if you cancel the order.

The delivery time for an order depends on the item(s) ordered and the shipping method chosen.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.

Deliveries will be conditioned, also by holidays (local, regional and national). Any change in the delivery address of the order, once it has left our warehouses, will be borne by the user who will pay the amount for the change of address.

RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

After receiving the corresponding payment, Godoxonline.com will start the shipping process. Once the product has been received, the recipient is obliged to check that the order number and the order number on the invoice match. The courier company must deliver a Delivery Note of the order to the receiver. WARRANTY

All products come with a 2 year warranty (6 months batteries). In the event that the product is faulty at its origin or is faulty during the warranty period, send us an e-mail to info@godoxonline.com with the invoice number, your contact details and indicating the fault or breakdown of the product. Our Customer Service Department will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange the repair, replacement, reduction or termination of the contract.

2. In the event that, at the time of receipt of the order, the product arrives damaged, opened or deteriorated due to transport, it is essential that you indicate this on the delivery note that you must sign upon receipt of the order. You must notify Godoxonline.com within a maximum of 24 hours and once the complaint is made, Godoxonline.com will collect the defective product, and once received in our warehouses will send you a new one. All this at no cost to the user.

RETURNS

1. Returns of products will be accepted within the first 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, subject to authorization from Godoxonline.com.

2. The return of any product will have to be accepted previously by Godoxonline.com, by means of electronic mail in which the user will have to indicate: -Reference of the order - Reason for the request for return.

3. Once authorized the return by Godoxonline.com, the user will be notified by email. In this communication, the user will find the instructions to follow for the return.
Godoxonline.com will indicate by e-mail the method of return. Return of products by systems not previously authorized by Godoxonline.com will not be admitted in any case. If the customer hires a transport service other than that indicated for the reshipment of the product, Godoxonline.com is not responsible for the cost or damage or damage caused to the good, because of the incorrect transfer of the product.

4. Once received the product, if it is in perfect condition (with original packaging, all items and manuals, and no signs of tampering or excessive use), the return will be made within a maximum of 3 days. 5. If on the contrary the return is by express wish of the client (within the established term of 14 days) and for cause unrelated to the product or Godoxonline.com, the cost of the return is borne by the client.

6. If the material does not arrive in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all its accessories, Godoxonline.com reserves the right to pay a lower amount or refuse the return.

7. No returns will be accepted for consumables, whose original packaging has been opened, or products that can be reproduced or copied, unless they are returned in their original packaging and unopened.

8. If the product arrives damaged due to transport, you must inform Godoxonline.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order. In the event that the external packaging of the product is open or damaged at the time of receipt, it is essential that you indicate this on the delivery note to be signed upon receipt of the order. Once the claim has been made, Godoxonline.com will collect the defective product, and once received in our warehouses a new one will be sent to you. All this at no cost to the user.

9. In case that the return is not accepted, by the nonfulfillment of the previous conditions, the costs of reshipment will be in charge of the user.

10. If the product is returned within 30 working days of delivery to your home, Godoxonline.com will refund the amount (less shipping costs incurred) by the same method used by you to make payment. If this method of reimbursement is not viable, Godoxonline.com will reimburse you by bank transfer.

DISCONTINUANCE

The company guarantees the customer the possibility of cancelling his order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment, through the form that will be sent to your email after making the purchase. Likewise, you may cancel the purchase of the product during the seven working days following receipt of the same. For it the client will have to resend the product to the company together with the form sent to his electronic mail with this purpose to desist of the purchase.
The return of the economic consideration will be carried out by the total amount, assuming the cats of shipment the company, and through the same means of payment that would have been used when making the purchase.
It will proceed, in any case, the return of a product when it is different from the one requested by the client and delivered by error of the company. Items will not be returned:

- In the case of products that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
